About the Study

The questions represented herein are based on a sample of questions asked to 808 couples (married or in a long-term committed relationship) between the ages of 25 -58+ from the 2013 Fidelity Investments Couples Retirement Study conducted in May. For questions 1 -3 and 8- 9, your answers were compared with other same-gender respondents of the study in your age group. For questions 4-7, your answers were compared to other same-gender quiz respondents in your age group.

Your answers are only kept in aggregate for comparison purposes, and no personally identifiable information is retained.
